These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for vendors participating in craft shows in the state of Maine, at the Auburn mall, and with Creating in Maine.
By participating in these craft shows, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to participate if you do not agree to accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Vendor Rules:
All vendors must register prior to the event. Registration, payment, proof of permits or licensing, and product photos submitted after 11-30-2025 may not be accepted.
Each vendor is responsible for their own display setup. 1 chair will be provided at each space, tables are provided at $15 per table and must be reserved prior to submitting payment.
Event setup begins at 9 AM December 13th. You must be completely set up by 11 am and stay setup until event breakdown. Event breakdown does not begin until 4 pm. Vendors that break down prior to 4 PM will not be asked to return. The mall closes at 7 pm so you have 3 full hours to clear everything out.
Vendors must sell only the products that they registered to sell. Changes to the product list must be communicated to the event organizers, and approved at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax and must comply with state regulations regarding permits and licensing.
All vendors must comply with health and safety guidelines during the event, including food safety rules where applicable.
Vendor fees are due within 72 hours of receiving a confirmation email via the square link on this website. Vendor fees are non refundable.
We do not offer spots with guaranteed electricity.
Event organizers and the mall are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. The vendor is solely responsible for their booth, person, and merchandise.
Vendor Rights:
Vendors have the right to a designated selling space of 8x6 or 16x6, all items must stay within your allotted area. We can not approve all location requests, but do not hesitate to reach out If you require accommodations, and we will do our best to accommodate if we are able.
Vendors may provide feedback on show organization and policies to improve future events.
Vendors have the right to request assistance from event staff regarding setup, sales issues, or emergencies.
